Ashley M. Anderson, MBA, SHRM-SCP is the President of the Greater Phoenix Urban League Young Professionals (YP). Additionally, she serves as the Associate Director, People and Talent, at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Ashley has over 10 years experience in Human Resources where she strives for a culture that fosters growth, development and equity. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley's commitment extends far beyond the workplace. She is a member of the Black Philanthropy Initiative within the Arizona Community Foundation and a board member at Children’s Action Alliance and the Greater Phoenix Urban League. 

One of Ashley's proudest contributions is her role as Program Manager for the YP CoNext Program, which connects Black students with mentors from the YP community, fostering meaningful relationships that support academic success and personal growth.

In 2021, Ashley completed the African-American Leadership Institute with the State of Black Arizona, further solidifying her dedication to advancing opportunities within the black community. Most recently, she was appointed to the Commission of African-American Affairs within the office of Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, where she will continue to be an advocate at the state level.
