AZCAAA Annual Legislative Conference
For 23 years, the Arizona Commission of African-American Affairs (AZCAAA) Annual Conference has been a driving force for unity, empowerment, and progress in Arizona’s African-American community. What began as a modest gathering has transformed into a dynamic, four-day event, offering opportunities to engage, collaborate, and celebrate the rich diversity and resilience of our community.
Rooted in AZCAAA’s six pillars—Youth, Economic Development, Sustainability, Health, Education, and Justice—this event provides a platform to address key issues, foster dialogue, and inspire action through:
- Legislative briefings and house floor addresses.
- Powerful workshops and panel discussions led by experts and community leaders.
- Networking opportunities to connect with changemakers across the state.
- The Unsung Heroes Award Ceremony, celebrates individuals making extraordinary contributions.
- A dedicated Youth Day, empowering the next generation of leaders.
