Arizona Townhall: Intersections of Race & Religion
We are excited to offer the community an engaging evening where church leaders and community members from various backgrounds will discuss the intersections of race and religion. We will begin unpacking many issues surrounding racism in our own communities and presenting meaningful ways to have dialogue in moving forward.
Joining us will be a panel of speakers including the following:
Carlos Garcia, Puente Human Rights Movement
Rev. Erin Tamayo, Director of Arizona Faith Network
Rev. Warren Stewart, Jr., Remnant South Phoenix
Roy Minter, Chief of Police, City of Peoria
Refreshments and food will be provided.
Registration opens up at 6:30PM.
